This contract is designed to teach responsibility and self-discipline to each athlete on and off the golf course. In cooperating with the mentors, parents and school, the expectations placed upon our athletes will be high. By signing this, each parent and golfer is committing to working towards common goals: training athletes to excel in golf and to building strong moral character. |
HistoryIn order to provide a spawning ground for potential young champions, an opportunity for a lifetime of recreational golf, and an opportunity to develop meaningful relationships on and off the course, Leisure Hour Junior Golf Club has established a Junior Golf Program. Over a half a century ago, The Leisure Hour Golf Club was founded by a group of people who just wanted to play golf. The Club was formed in Portland, Oregon, and a few years later, the Western States Golf Association was founded. Today, The WSGA serves seven western states with 32 member clubs with over 1,000 adult members and over 300 junior members.
